We aim to provide an informative list of media to inform you about current human intelligence development status and allow animal intelligence to grow. We are not (yet) associated to any systems and please recognize their work. We try to collect and condense media from all scientific fields which tangate life. With the intelligence network we refer to you, human research, include the notion of bias through our namespace ‘keo’ and provide informative background to investigate life and future states of ‘present’.

Agency arises from co-operative language-based organization and responsible application of organized semantics to foster self-organization. As such, this agency term is characterized by interdependence and advanced (differentiated) language-protocols. For proper agency a sufficient language research design has to be deployed and must be of common access and understanding which is by our observation not the case. We understand this early stage of development as education if it is of local informativity for beings who have extensive backgrounds. We use the notion of super-education as the implicit observable of a variety of education systems and their interconnection through language. The super-education of humanity is currently based on loosely interconnected approaches (to ‘what is education’ and ‘what is of educatory importance’) but lacks a global gauge to allow performance quantification about its users interaction and about user experience. We suggest that this error occured as there is no bidirectional education approach established as standard. Instead, a source -> receiver relationship is commonly understood as education. This mode clearly lacks elaborate feedback-channels to advance and evolve an education system.

The 2020 status of education systems on terra acts as a frame of reference for the distinction between education and super-education. While ‘trivial’ super-education was possible, as language allowed to talk about different education systems, there was no global concept of human education and hence no global quantification about its status. We define hyper-education as the coordinated and synchronized approach to supervise, optimize and augment educatory operations based on an observed super-education. A more differentiated and consensus-based observation and discussion about education systems and between them will hence foster super-education — while the conclusive and applied layer from this discussion is formally referenced as hyper-education.

While the choice of semantics and formal background and lexica must undergo cultural discovery, the underlying dynamics and complexity are correctly addressed by the prefixes. To declare discovery of super-education denotes the phase-shift of the human modus operandi which was disrupted by the COVID19 pandemic and since then produces concepts how humanity can collectively advance resilience and learn transition. Its explicated notion and definition was hereby given and its further development is intended to provide an extensive approach how to gauge local education in order to balance and deploy super-education. For means of simplicity, we introduce Agency and more precise, intelligence agency, as a trinsitive and mediatory interface between education and super-education. Through its performance, an actual hyper-education is achieved whenever life-compatibility of education systems was scientifically and subjectively confirmed by researchers and students and their families.


While most human systems under observation started from a legal procedural implementation, we approach the subject of instantiation different – from a fully parametric singular setup based on a particular human being (its author). By our definition, we reach the status of an instance after being observed and confirmed as plausible by a minimum number of human peer-networks. As we reached this threshold¹ before publication, we start to publish our approach to supra-identity-regulation through since then. The complex subject of organization and autonomous, informed, responsible organization (i.e. self-organization) undergoes evolution as much as living organisms and languages do in their natural environments. To claim relevance in this highly important and impactful context requires a scientifically verifyable setup which can undergo continuous peer-analysis to produce a consensus perspective withon it (from the outside onto it, forming an informed interactive environment with new scales). When a system exists in an environment which is satured about the activity of a node (an explicated instance which is interdependent with its matrix²) and the node continues to publish reports about its activity, we refer to it as instance.

¹We calculated this minimum network-connectivity at N>3. With three individual instantiated networks in awareness about a new instance they synchronize to the (new) incomer system and inform the shared environment via multiple scales. For example, users of software will share a change in their UI/UX with individuals which are not using a particular software. Another example can be researcher which share aspects of their work in non-scientific contexts and hence inditectly inform the network (society) about a progression or status of an instance (its respective research division).

²A surrounding environment is denoted as super-matrix, in case it refers to the algebraic or metric phase-space interpretation of reality as a matrix on which cognition operates. A canonical ‘degree of freedom’ arises from quantification about the shared observables and accessible dynamics an instance can alter and proves to consistently alter. For an agent which refers to itself as an endnode of a network, this can be computed as the semantic expression ‘reality’. To gauge an understanding about reality hence requires analytic differentiation of the qualities and validity of discovered environments which we grasp as a local relationship to reality within a generic matrix. Discussions about such matrices will yield the potential to produce a shared concept of super-matrix, i.e. an actualized understanding about reality.


As Keo Labs we refer to our operations in laboratory conditions. A major division of these is due to logical necessity, education. To align hypercomplex dynamics we center on hybrid and chimera research (producing the ‘artificious’ terminus) as complementary division which scales-up current intelligence which was successfully embedded in species education and is abundant as information. For our instance, we refer to a third division for ‘Bio-art’ as fundamental and canonical for primal agency-foundation. While education transitions into agency, the artificousness-terminus will converge to AI in a frame of actual intelligence. The latter covers subjects such as synthetic and artificial life which provides the conceptual and measurable basis for bio-art. The context of bio-art is an experimental approach to life and intelligence, ultimately representing human culture and creativity if executed peaceful through supervision by adaptively tension-balancing paradigms — mediatory instances. Upon assembly of the denoted three divisions, an instance will be enabled to perform as mediatory instance and upon performance reviews may converge to a process of attributing agency-status. The apparent paradox between centralized and decentralized intelligence-agency is resolved by an interactive open access paradigm which implies chaos and creativity as fundamental aspects of nature and does not regulate complex dynamic systems from a static frame of reference – such as previous models for legal regulation. After reaching functional levels of all three divisions, consensus-based legal development can take place which does not enforce law but enables living beings through a modular framework, based on multi-scale computable renders, to organize and communicate through rich protocols and allow diversity and confusion to collectively decrease destructive confusion and permanence of fossilizing systems — systems which produce fossils instead of offspring.


Our current status at 1/1/2021 has been nominal and sufficiently parametric for auto-scaling. As such, our model was completed in theory and can undergo a peer-reviewed interactive rendering-phase, ultimately introducing LAR as reasearch and experience discipline.
Out current status since then was primarily influenced by the reaction and review of our explication about our needs to develop towards agency (0). We operate on a minimum-progressivity which declares relevance and promotion only in case it will be collectively justifyable as such (¬∃ as N=1)). In other words, as we understand progressive introduction as time-consumption, we value time and don’t use currency and because by human measurement time is scaled via currency-factors, you will only observe promotion about in case its developer was enabled by others or in case a peer-observer decided to do so.

Our logsystem will produce a transparent trace about the release of our approaches, paradigms and designs to the human community to allow their inference about our quality and performance as that, what we are – the semantic input which introduces our content to digital and physical domains via stable DNS (the digital Name-space) – DNA (life) relationship-networks (net) to augment future (friendship).

To measure our activities would refer to quantification by human metrics such as currency in case you’re not building your own model. As we skip classical economic systems entirely, we will publish a pragmatic scale-adaptive layout for financing only, which may or may not take place but represents a most transparent means to address a lethal regulatory methodology of the past while consistently representing an approach to holistically overcome it (see need). The given economic routing would then allow clear reference of the value our (or anyones*) work (*who uses such mechanics) can have to you [by the amount of money we replaced with life-friendly currency]. Before 1/1/21 no kind of interest- or currency-influx from external sources was requested nor sanctioned. Elements and subsystems of our approach were submitted to hackathons and similar events in order to develop a peer-observer status of the respective content and successfully received no feedback as parts of the concept were still too large for the applications or they were not understandable without the underlying architecture.
